Pilot and contribute to performance analyzes of social media campaigns: is responsible for KPIs on social media, test & learn approach to always innovate.Analyse, review and report on the effectiveness of our campaigns to maximize results. Identifies and assesses effective benchmarks to measure the impact of social media.Manages reactive / open communication by working in partnership with the Digital Europe, Corporate Communication and Legal teams as needed.Moderates the social networks of Kellogg’s UKI brands in collaboration with consumer affairs and agencies.Collaborates with Brand activation managers to integrate social media into their brand plans.Develop local campaigns, and / or deploy European campaigns in UKI. Encourages the adoption of new and emerging social media techniques, trends and applications.Implements and influences the European social media strategy in coordination with its various partners to guarantee its effectiveness.Working as Digital & Brand Activation Manager, this hybrid role sits within the snacks team – working across all 3 categories digitally and responsible for Pop Tarts activation.
